  switched to choice several years ago and it was the BEST move for our business! There is ALWAYS someone available to help and the service is great, if they can't fix over the phone, they will come to you. The rates are comparable and they have a variety of equipment to make business owning easy! I love dealing with a local company that is there for their customers. With the challenges of the past 2 years, I am glad I have CHOICE and their team working with me.

  I work with Bryce who has some affiliation w/ Choice I believe it is their bank and I just wanted to hop on and leave a quick review for both of them. This industry is pretty pushy & deceitful. Bryce & his team at Choice are absolutely amazing and far exceed my expectations especially when it comes to this industry. Their support, equipment they offer, and their attentiveness to their clients is very appreciated! We do not plan to leave and also send everyone we know their way. 10 stars

  I have been with Choice for about 2 years for all my 4 businesses , with others like FiS & FirstData for over 10 years, Choice service has been truly amazing, issues get resolved quickly in just minutes, equipments top notch, rates and fees much cheaper than others, and the service just fantastic especially Rawda Vik. They are doing it right, I highly recommend them.

  I am very hard at understanding english and that has caused me nothing but problems in the past in credit card acceptance. Bryce who is considered a dear friend and his bank Choice have really helped me and more then they probably should have. I am forever grateful for them and their service!

  Very happy with this MSP. They are very responsive and do what they say they are going to do unlike some others. It is important to know that someone has your back when you are out there in a business and it is difficult to pick up new customers.

  I have been selling for Choice for almost 4 years. I have been in the merchant service industry for almost 15 years. I have worked with many other processors. Choice is by far the best. The prices are awesome. The customer service is amazing especially Manny Vega. He is professional and so responsive. My merchants love him. Choice is the best.

  I have been working with Choice since January of 2020 and they have been a great technology and processing partner. In the event that I had any issue they always worked quickly and courteously to resolve it. They are easy to get in touch with and provide a more personal small business experience than other companies. I highly recommend them.

  Honestly, been in the industry 13+ years and have not been happier with their service. I could name several but one in particular is as I call him "Manny THE MAN". Always professional, always following through, helps outside of hours, and tier 1! The whole Tech Team, Support Team, everyone there is honestly A+!

  My company had been with Choice merchant solutions since 2012. I joined my company in March 2020. It took me two weeks to realize this company has predatory fees and is a joke. Please read your contract in full before signing. My first issue was trying to understand our invoices. Fees on top of fees on to top of monthly mandatory fees. Our AMEX rate is 3.19% ON TOP OF what amex charges in addition to every possible add on fee they can charge. Their fees also went up .5% in May. Just for comparison there are companies that chsrge .02% on top the interchange. I had a rep actually tell me to not pay attention to the numbers on the left hand side to try and calculate the percentages because they are wrong. You send your customers invoices with wrong financial information?! I asked how long they've been in business and she said over 30 yrs, which now I realize is a lie; they've only been in business since 2008. I asked for a copy of our contract and even though I am on the account they refused to send it to me. They will only send it to the owner. A week later I called with the owner and they said they would email it to me within the hour. I had to call three more times to get the contract. The contract is for 18mths and automatically rolls into a new contract; there is also an early termination fee of $595 that will be charged whether you cancel on the second month or the 17th month. Please RUN from this company!! They do not care about their merchants!
