Kyle Smith5I've been to several dealerships in the Chicago-land area this past week. I visited Chicago Auto in Bensenville just yesterday afternoon. As I was browsing through their merchandise, a nice young lady by the name of Kelsey greeted me with a very professional handshake, and a friendly smile 😀 She showed me around a bit. She was an outstanding customer service representative, answered all the questions I had for her. I had actually then been called into work at the time. So, I reluctantly had to run 🏃 Although, I'm confident that my experience there at Chicago Auto Place with Kelsey will be the reason why I drive out of there in a new car very soon! Thanks again, Kelsey, and all the nice people of Chicago Auto Place. You guys rock!!

My saleswoman was Norma and she is AMAZING! From calling me and texting me even after / before dealer hours to make sure she answered all my questions, to taking the time while I looked over the vehicle, she was NOT pushy at all and very helpful!

POWERSTROKE 20195Great place to buy a used truck! 6 stars !!! Nice staff and a pristine clean show room with a variety of designer cars - fun to admire while they crunch numbers for yah :)$. Found exactly what I was looking for- they were able to take me in and have me driving on the E way within an hour and a half. The truck runs great 👍 - put your hard earned bands into a car from Chicago auto !

Justin Palmer5Recently purchased a 2006 325xi from here. Reeve was super helpful and patient and allowed me to check over everything on the car before purchasing. He had no problem with me seeing the underside up on the lift and while looking under the car, we noticed a broken suspension sensor. Without me even asking, the mechanic ordered up a new one and installed it while I waited. They gave me a more than fair amount on my trade-in (2006 VW GTI) and the whole process was as pleasing as buying a used car can be.

Mustafaa1Bought a car from here in April 2019 for about $30,000. The car failed within a couple months and was made aware of underlying issues the dealer failed to disclose. Resulted in a major accident.

Ruben Chavez1NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. KARIM AND ALL OF THEM ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Never buy from them, they are going to rip you off. Bought a used car from them and car looked good but didn't notice that the check engine light was not working. Took the car to pass the emissions test and fail. They told me that the car had many problems that should be fixed before passing the test. They said that it should have been pointed out by the check engine light. Well if I knew that light was on I would NEVER WOULD'VE bought the car. Now I have to replace 3 sensors that are like $85 or more and pay for labor. SCAM, SCAM ARTISTS.

Marshall Thompson1Caveat Emptor, My name is Marshall and I have been in the car business in sales and management for over 20 years and I live in Salina KS. Found a CTS coupe at Chicago Auto Place and I dealt with Reeve Wallis. Did not haggle on the price and they shipped the car to Kansas I paid half of the shipping fee. Naturally I had some trepidation buying a car sight unseen and I had asked Reeve to look and drive the car, check it out for me. He assured me it drove well and looked good, and that I would be happy, so I agreed and signed papers. Reeve texted me and wrote that he would let me know when the car would be here and I thanked him. The car showed up unexpectedly yesterday. Fortunately I was in town and was able to take delivery. Reeve was truthful about the exterior and interior of the car looking good, but that is about it. Texted Reeve that the car had arrived and that he must have been out of the loop because he did not let me know, he never answered. The car still had the Buyers Guide sticker on it, was bone dry on fuel, the washer system was almost out of fluid, and the oil was dirty. Then I drove it; the driver's door has to be opened using the emergency handle (it has electronic door handles), it has a miss in the engine, needs oil changed, and most egregious of all is the loud growling noise it makes while being driven, maybe a bearing? It is in the shop as of this morning. There is no way Reeve could have missed that noise, no one would have bought the car had they driven it unless it was repaired. I would never have delivered a car at my dealership with the aforementioned issues. Beware of Reeve Wallis and Chicago Auto Place! Marshall Thompson

Alejandro Tinoco1I went checked out a vehicle the whole process took over 4 days.They kept making excuses on why we had to wait till tomorrow, finally I got approved.Then they called me Saturday night to let me know we would finalize the deal on Monday, come Monday morning I get a call from them saying "The porter messed up the transmission while rough housing the car" They were about to sell me a car that they were rough housing. At the end they couldn't sell me the vehicle. I was really disappointed i wasted over ten hours with these people and on top of that it took them over a week to return my deposit. I would not recommend this place for buying a car. Everyone there is full of it.

mike5I went in a few weeks ago and received great service there. The sales person Michelle was very helpful with the whole process. Stephanie in service was great and was able to get my car in and out and ready for me right away. I will be going back again to purchase my next car.
