  H everyone, I came to Chextop on Thursday. To a pleasant surprise the staff and manager were able to get me the loan I needed. I was very pleased to find out that it’s not based on my credit but my job. I recommend this professional business to everyone! Thank you so much, guys. Mrs Proctor

  I visited the location Sat Dec 1, and the two ladies there were amazing.. The value and care they give to the community is the best. They assisted people in money orders, advances, and just general great customers service.. Congrats ladies!!! I and I know a host of others in the community thank you for what and how you help us all..I went to the Suitland Morningside location..

  Have been a customer for years now. The staff is very friendly and they have the best rates around the DMV. The process of Post dated check writing is easy and the fees are fantastic ! Best place to get money orders, fax, copy and pay your bills. I'm very grateful for this place. Thank you chextop :)

  I personally did not receive the service I was looking for. I visited this location twice to cash a check and both times they were not able to. The representative there was also rude. I decided to go to Ace check cashing and received great customer service and they were also able to help with cashing my checks. I will not be visiting this location any more.

  I am sorry that you did not find our service to your liking Ms Jamison. I tried to find out when you came in to cash your check, but it must have been a while ago because no one remembers turning anyone away in the last couple of weeks at the Suitland Store. That being said, if you feel like calling us at 410-439-CASH we would be glad to review our reason for turning your check away, and sharing that reason with you!

  Wonderful for all those that need to work on your credit. But yet get a on time loan with your job! Great staff, great. Business. Everyone was professional, kind and so very sweet!

  Ms. Proctor, I am required by law to say that we do not loan money, we cash personal checks at the rate permitted by State Law, and at no additional charge we will hold it to an agreed upon future date.   Other than me not being told everything to bring the 1st 2 trips there which made the 3rd trip a charm( & even then I was asked for a second picture ID that I didnt bring because I wasnt told that either). This was a quick, easy and inexpensive pay advance. The staff was friendly, nice and family oriented. Overall good experience.

  Employees were rude and played a lot while I just wanted my check cashed. Stood at the window for about 30 minutes just to get a check cashed while I could hear the workers laughing in the back with their own personal conversations.

  UPDATE: Upon exhaustive review, we have still not figured out who LISA TEEDE is, and when she came into our one of our stores, nor has she contacted us as we politely requested her to do (see below). We are currently trying to have this review removed as non-compliant with Google review policy. Until then, we hope that potential customers can see that we stand behind our performance and gladly try to answer all customer complaints! Ms. Teede, we have checked the database at all three of our stores and have determined that you have never done business with us under your name. I have asked the Suitland store if they remember trying to serve you, but they do not. The fact is if we don't cash your check we don't make any money, so it makes no sense that you would have stood there for thirty minutes without something unusual going on in the verification process which they should and usually do inform you about. For the record, we verify all checks that are presented at the counter the first time you come in, but typically it takes no more than 5-10 minutes to verify the check and set you up in the system. Can you call us at 410-451-3107 so we can figure out what happened in your case? I'll wait for your call back! Thanks in advance for your help in this matter.

  Because as long as you pay your loan off, you can get another one the next day, as long as you provide a bank statement with the ending balance!!! Also I love the customer service

We cash personal checks for 10% of the face value of the check (as permitted by State law) and at no additional charge allow you to delay the deposit of that check until your next payday.
