  Excellent service from Brian and Kyle. They treated us really well and were extremely honest and helpful. They found us a great deal and we love our new Ford Focus. The financial assistant was great too.

  They were able to locate the car that I wanted. During this time (COVID-19) there is not a lot of inventory on the dealership lots. The price for my trade-in was very fair when I compared it to Kelly Bluebook and NADA websites. There was no pressure and would highly recommend this dealership to my friends.

  Normally I wouldn’t write reviews on a dealership but I thought I kinda had to. My dad found a Lamborghini Gallardo that we where going to buy for around 90k and we where super excited to get it, but all good things must come to an end. They contacted my dad saying they re-sold it to someone else. So my dad contacted them again and asked to talk to someone about it, he talked to 2 people one saying the owners son bought it and the other saying the owners friend bought it. In the end don’t be to happy about something that seems like a really good deal and it would just be common sense not to my from these people. Edit: grammar

  The worst car buying experience I've ever had. They are friendly during the sale if they think you will buy. They do try every dirty trick in the book so be careful. If you have some experience and don't let them push you around you can get a pretty good deal. But the follow-up after you buy the car is what ruined the experience. It is near impossible to get anyone to help you after they have your money. I called and emailed dozens of times trying to get my title transfer corrected which they messed up to begin with. They do not return emails or phone calls. My temporary plate was expired for months because they were sitting on the title. I'm lucky I didn't get a ticket. I'm not sure if they knew about it, but the electronics had also been messed with and made the engine blow up days after i bought it. I also made the mistake of driving off with only one of the two keys with only the promise of the other being mailed to me. It has been six months of asking many times for the spare key and still nothing. They will try to bully you, feeding you lines that their computer is down so they can only do in house financing, and other lies to make more money off of you. Just don't use this dealer, they seem nice but are just crooks. I will never buy here again.

  Never buying a car from this place again. Customer service is horrible. They never call you back to update you about anything. Bought a 30,000 truck from them and when I test drove it I heard a knock on the steering. They said they would take care if it and after I bought it changed their mind. Stay away from chevy of wooster.

  Called them to ask if they had a certain car and we told them we want to put purchase it and that we were on the way and not just look at the car mind you we are 2 hours and some odd minutes away from Wooster and maybe a little longer for construction which there was..so we get about less than 5 minutes from the Chevrolet building and we get a phone call that they are working on the paperwork for someone else and that it's sold the least they could have done is let us know WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY ahead of time before actually getting there so it wouldn't have been a wasted trip...very disappointed and what started out as a great day ruined that quick....definitely wouldn't recommend them to buy a car from

  Dealing with Kyle Boley and all of the folks at Chevrolet of Wooster was the best car-buying experience I have had in over 40 years. The vehicle was priced fairly, I was given a fair price for my trade, Kyle and the staff were very helpful without being pushy and I am very happy with the entire process.

  Recently purchased the pre-owned car l found on car CarGurus from Chevrolet of Wooster, Shane responded to my inquiries about the vehicle, there were no photos yet, because it was a new arrival, Shane took some pictures & texted them to me, the vehicle was everything Shane described it to be & more, he had Service put it on a lift so l could inspect the under carriage. Thanks Shane, over the top satisfied with this car. Kudos to Chad, enjoyed our conversation about some cool cars, & kudos to the detail people who did an outstanding job. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience.
