  Impeccable, efficient, knowlegable, personable, unmatched availibility, and responsiveness. This is how I would describe my experience with Cheryl Smith, her assistant Marina, and her team. I was in need of a rapid mortgage approval. Because of the urgent request Cheryl started my mortgage application with me via of a 10pm phone call. Her availability, sensitivity and empathy for my case was mirrored by her assistant, Marina. The result was I was approved for my mortgage and was able to close on my new house the same day I closed on my old house. The outcome prevented a disaster as I have 5 pets and was facing homeless. I will be forever greatful to Cheryl and her team for giving me the best customer service I've experienced.
