  Todd was excellent to work with and took time to explain the details in a very simply way! I strongly recommend connecting with Todd and Cherry Creek Mortgage for your next mortgage. Additionally, the final deal was less that the initial estimated, so no surprises at the end - which is very nice during a highly busy time. Their re-cast option is also a unique feature from Cherry Creek and Todd explained it very well!

  Todd was personal, professional, and generous with his time. As first-time homebuyers, we were a mix of numerous basic questions and asking what don't we yet know? Todd handled each with a calm, friendly demeanor. In securing the mortgage loan, it all went smoothly and transparently, and the process from locking in the rate to providing necessary information to submitting the loan was all handled incredibly well by Todd and his team. We will certainly return when we need to refinance or pursue a new mortgage!

  I've done probably 10 home loans in my life and this one stood out - Todd and his team are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and did everything on time.
