  Rick is an outstanding mortgage lender. I have worked with him twice, once for a new purchase and then refinance of my home. He’s trustworthy, knowledgeable and kind. First, I’ll say that the rates he has are great and he offers programs that suit your individual needs. Then he walks you through each option so you fully understand them and know which is best for you and why. Rick makes himself available to talk when ever you need him to answer your questions. Each step of the way, Rick walked me through the finance process, he even answered my questions after I closed. Honestly, I recommend Rick to my friends and family and this is the reason i took time to write a review; I recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a good, honest and trustworthy lender. Buying (or refinancing) a home is a big deal and you only do it a few times in your life so make sure you work with someone who’s going to work for you and be on your side, I’ll be a customer of Rick’s for life!

  The staff at Cherry Creek Mortgage were excellent about working with me to get a mortgage for my new home. I had a change of life situation that was a bit complicated, and the staff worked with me to understand the ins and outs, the timelines for it, and was able to put together a package for my new home at a great, competitive rate.
