  If you're reading these reviews to try and get a feel for how Joe's team operates, let me sum up a few key points: 1.) They worked extremely fast and went out of their way to help us get an offer submitted for a home. I was expecting days, not hours, for our case. 2.) Our buying agent, with The Wall Team, pointed us in Joe's direction. We later learned that the selling agent also loved working with Joe's team. I can't say it helped out offer get picked, but those two Realtors, AND the title company all said that their team was fantastic and seamless to work with. 3.) As a first time homebuyer, they answered all of my OCD questions, and even contacted me after hours to help keep me in the loop of what was going on, especially Joey, poor guy. You can't beat their customer service. I learned as the process went on that they're very well respected in the area.

  If you are looking for someone who will serve you or your clients and do an amazing job helping you through the mortgage process look no further than Joe New and his amazing team. I have been a Realtor for going on 10 years and worked with a lot of mortgage companies. His team far exceeded my expectations with the way he helped my most recent clients close on their loan in less than 30 days (start to finish). Many times when you have a quicker closing it can feel hectic and stressful for everyone, especially the borrower. Joe's team handled it masterfully and no one ever thought for one second it wouldn't get done. Not only did it happen on time, but it was smooth the whole way through. I wish I had a way to give 6 stars because they truly went above and beyond!

  Joe and Team are first rate and as professional as it gets. It was by far the easiest mortgage process my wife and I have ever been involved with. The communication is first rate, which is critical during this type of process. Highly recommended!
