  I have worked with Dan several times over the past 15 years for either loans or refi. Dan and his team are amazing and help make the loan experience seamless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan. This time, Dan walked through all the various options on a not so simple transaction and helped us decide on the best route to take.   My loan officer Dan Conner was a pleasure to work with. He was tirelessly available to answer questions and I was totally on board when he described his love for his work as "solving pieces to each client's puzzle."   Dan really makes the process easy amd works hard to get you the best rate. We used him for our first mortgage and refinance and both were so easy! I did talk to some banks for the refinance and the two I talked with took a lot of my time without very good rates. When I got serious I called Dan amd very glad I did. We had talked about starting to refinance and shortly after we were talking and he noted we should lock in. Only a couple days later rates went up! I got I just in time thanks to Dan. He also uses an online system for document uploads which is very user friendly. Overall the whole process was so simple, the process was very clear and easy and Dan was incredibly responsive with my questions. If I ever need to do it again I’ll definitely go to Dan first.
