  Craig handled our mortgage process and was professional in all respects. However, the purpose of this review relates to a separate matter. As understood at the time of closing, CCM sold our loan to another entity. The new company made a serious error in escrow and property tax distribution costing us thousands. Our efforts to correct this error were met with indifference & rudeness with no hope offered for rectification. Even though over two years had elapsed since our initial dealings with Craig, he aggressively went to bat for us and confronted the offending company. Thanks to Craig's efforts, our funds were ultimately returned to us with an apology from the company. There was nothing in this for Craig but he interceded on our behalf due to his work ethic and integrity. THANK YOU CRAIG!

  Cherry Creek Mortgage and Craig White are incredible. Took extremely good care of us, and helped my husband and I buy our first home. Craig always takes time to explain things, check in and keeps up on everything. I highly recommend them!!!!

  Craig has been awesome. I was a very nervous first home buyer and he had no problem running multiple financial reports so I could see the physical numbers. He's been a great contact to have since the close with random questions and concerns. We are currently working on a refi and he is as great as I remember. He is extremely communicative, keeping me in the loop with everything. I appreciate his work ethic and commitment to his clients. He has gone above and beyond; helping me to be comfortable and confident with the whole process.

  Refinancing our house through Craig White and Cherry Creek Mortgage was a wonderful experience. Craig and staff where highly professional, courteous, and amazingly efficient. After dealing with a highly incompetent competitor for months, we switched to Cherry Creek Mortgage: our loan was completed in an unbelievable 3 weeks and it was done right! It’s the right time for Mortgage Refinancing and Craig White and staff are the right people to do it. We highly recommend Cherry Creek Mortgage!

  Craig is the only lender I will be using going forward. He was able to answer all of my detailed questions throughout the process, always made himself available to me, and has great insights surrounding the mortgage rate climate. Craig and his team met the tight deadlines of the sellers and the voluminous process went very smoothly.

  Craig was apparently filling in for another Cherry Creek loan officer I was trying to reach. I was researching local lenders because our real estate agent said local lenders were more dependable. I wanted to compare rates and fees, like I think most people might do to decide who they want to go with. We had a unique scenario with a 1031 ending soon. Were that to go through, we wanted to look into a smaller loan. Were it not to go through, we would need a larger loan. I wanted to cover both bases in my research at one time, to refer to when we made our final decision about our lender. Apparently asking about a smaller loan was extremely offensive to Craig, as he became suspicious and asked me "What, are you shopping our company or something? This sounds really weird." He said why didn't I just go use a local bank for a loan that small, which I was confused about, because I was calling them specifically because they were a local lender. He used an angry tone with me when I tried to explain what the situation was about the smaller loan, at which point I said I was feeling uncomfortable with this conversation. He said, yes, I agree and ended it. I had thought if the smaller loan question was so aggregious, I would try to ask about the larger loan scenario, but he wouldn't even let me get that far. I'm not sure why I even tried at that point, standing accused and spoken to horribly - probably in denial about what had transpired. This was so unexpected and 180 degrees from the responses I got from other loan officers. They were not offended by my asking about both scenarios. I'm pretty shellshocked by being spoken to this way, simply as one human to another. I'm not sure how someone continues to do business this way.
