  I am so grateful for Jim! This has been a tough market to compete in. Jim was always willing to get me a pre-approval even before I looked at a home so that I would be able to make an offer immediately. It took me over a year to find a home and Jim stuck with me all the way. Once under contract, I was always informed what stage my loan process was in. And while it is said that purchasing a home is one of the more stressful times in a persons life, I have never had a smoother transaction. Being I am in the same industry, I had many loan officers to choose from, but I would never go to anyone else. Jim’s patience, knowledge and integrity set him apart from the rest. He is the absolute best in the business!

  Jim Kaiser at Cherry Creek Mortgage helped us purchase our first & forever home without a flaw. From the moment we first contacted Cherry Creek Mortgage, Jim and his wonderful team responded immediately and had us pre-approved within 24 hours. Other lenders took over a week to respond to our calls and then it took weeks before notifying us that they were not able to assist us and the type of loan we were looking for. Jim was in contact with us almost daily, making sure we understood everything and when it actually came time for our home purchase, he made sure we had the right loan and helped us save .   What a great experience. Who would have thought in the middle of a pandemic, crazy housing market, you find someone like Jim Keiser, who's going all in like you are his only client.
