  I started working with Debra Pace when I bought my first house. I was just out of college and clueless about home ownership. She was polite, professional, and made sure that I understood everything I was signing. I have since gotten married and had kids. We bought a house together using none other than my friend Debra.   My experience with Cherry Creek in Junction was great. Brook went the extra mile the whole time. When there were questions or problems, she did more than expected to get them worked through in a timely manner. She kept me updated and stayed in touch with my realtor every step. When i was trying to find some information out several months later, she helped me out again even though she did not have to.
