  My husband and I just recently worked with Ryan Hall at Cherry Creek Mortgage. He showed us how easy it SHOULD be to refinance. We came from a terrible situation the last time we tried to refinance to Ryan. It's amazing the difference between "Professionals" if you can call the other guy that. Ryan was super efficient and straight to the point, which you don't find in his line of business anymore. We closed within a week of what we were shooting for. Ryan did everything he could to help us minimize closing costs because he knew coming up with the money was difficult for us with a baby on the way. He came in $250 less than what he had prepared us for. He started out a stranger to our family and became our friend by the end of the refinance. Give him a chance, you can't go wrong.
