  We needed to add a new vehicle to our policy recently. In a five minute phone call they were able to add the new coverage, update our policy, remove another car, fax insurance proof to our town office, and mail us a hard copy. Who could ask for anything better?!

  We have been working with Cheney Insurance for the last 3 years or so. Great people to work with! Renee and Rosemary are very good, as is the entire staff! Friendly community oriented business with positive goals and terrific service, always taking the consumer's point of view as paramount. Be sure to give them a call for any of your insurance needs, we did and we're glad we did.

  I had to transfer my insurance from another state and they were able to keep me locked in at the same deductibles and lowered the overall costs. The transaction took only a couple of hours, I did it all while I was in Massachusetts, and I had auto insurance in Maine. I could not ask for any better service. I am recommending Cheney to anyone who needs insurance.

  I needed to get car insurance in a hurry on a vehicle that my daughter was buying. Rosemary was sooo helpful when I made it to Damariscotta from Portland one afternoon and arrived at the office with 5 minutes to spare before they closed. She was so willing to help me. She was very gracious to stay late until we got the policy set up. I have been with Cheney for a long time and even though most of my time I am in Portland now, I will still deal through Cheney.

  Rosemary couldn't have been more helpful in getting us an insurance policy in time for a property closing. We were travelling most of the interim time and she handled everything for us during our absence and in a most professional manner. Kudos to Cheney.
