  Every other chemical bank around town is significantly better than this one. The tellers act like you dont exist when you’re in front of them,(mind you most of them are either talking to one another or not even working), they act like im stealing my own checks every time i deposit them there, and then act like they’ve gone out of their way to do their jobs. Do not go to this specific bank.

  7 people working. 1 teller open. Just two of us in line waiting about 20 minutes while the one teller does something for one of the other employees. If it were busy I would understand but nobody has time to stand around for twenty minutes while the other tellers ignore the people waiting. If you value your time I'd look elsewhere for your banking needs.

  Everyone there is very helpful and pleasant. I have been banking with them since before it was a bank (Citizens federal savings and loan)

  Chemical Bank needs to get with the times. how there are banks still in existence they don't issue a debit card upon opening an account, I don't know. No thanks.
