  Worst experience ever!! So they closed the lobby... The Drive- thru was my only option. I'm a commercial driver with a semi....(not gonna fit thru!) So I walked up to the lane. Cashing a check drawn from this bank. Very embarrassing I stood there waiting to be assisted, while vehicles that weren't there before me... Were leaving before me. (felt like they made me stand there so others could witness my embarrassment!) This is why I bank elsewhere. Not cool!

  Racism at it's best branch manager named Lindsey called the cops because I told her bye when she refused to explain why after being a member for 2 years using my Id has now became an issue she threatened to close my account. I'm sure if I were white I would not have been treated as such

  I just want to write a nice review because I met the ladies here at least twice in the past month I started going here, and none of them are rude. They are a very nice bank.

  The tellers are amazing!! There super friendly every time I go in there, and never bothered me to open up an account!! So of course I did eventually!!

  I have been with this bank for 20 years but they have changed hands one to many times for me. Getting ready to change banks I’m looking at Huntington.

  Wow the way that manager talked to a customer today I believe her name was lindsay never ever saw a manager throw someone out for asking a question
