Today we had a terrible experience at the Chemical Bank on Division SW in Cutlerville. All we was trying to do was cash my wife's payroll check. Just like every other week.We sat in the drive thru line for25min in 85degree weather while they were verifying. Both of our companies bank thru Chemical Bank and we are going to suggest them to stop. If we had our way we would never go back there again.Very dissapointed. Used to be a good bank.
