  As others stated, the staff is rude and raises their voices at customers constantly. But that's not even my main issue. I still don't know how much they would have charged me to cash a check, because they refuse to tell you until the check is processed. I called on the phone....They would not tell me anything about their policies, when they can or cannot cash a check. No info about their criteria, just "you'll have to come in and then we'll tell you." Same with the fees. Then the lady asked if I have the phone number of the person who wrote the check....I gave it to her and she said "It doesn't matter, because they wont answer at the other number." Then why ask me for the phone number in the first place? One lady on the phone said yes, we can cash it for $2,000....the other lady in person said "No, that's too much." They just make things up as they go.

  AWFUL. TERRIBLE. SHADY. Very misleading. This is my first and last time in the store. The lady is also very rude. Her name is Iris, she took three phone calls while waiting On me. She also laughed and joked with another customer while waiting on me.

  Did my taxes there, don't know if they have been filed. Got a text message saying my loan was ready. 4 days later still telling me call back next week. No body knows what's going on in there. Always standing in line for long periods of time. Really regret doing business with them.

  I just left their from paying my loan. I like coming to this check smart. Their always fast and friendly service. I never had a problem their. Its the best check smart in Indianapolis In.

  Come in 12 minutes after they open. There is 6 people in line one at the window and only ONE person open. The manager is taking 15 minutes to open her window and NOBODY apologies for the wait. Oh.   Didn't like this place at first but I'm good now. Love this place
