  VERY disrespectful, the manager is so rude with a very terrible attitude. cut me off several times while i was trying to ask a question with a rude attitude, acting as if i didnt know what i was talking about because i looked “too young”. check smart do better & hire yourself a better manager with a better personable attitude towards ANY customer! save yourself the disrespect in the meantime & go somewhere else.

  Everytime I go in to pay my loan they always ask me to NOT pay them in cash, they only take cards. Even before the covid19 happen. I told them I don't give out my bank card they have my bank info already. But they keep on telling they will not take money, only card Transactions.. if anyone does this you get charged by the store and your bank. If you call and ask how much your loan is you always get a different amount everytime. I can call right before showing up and my loan will go up $50 before step inside the store. Please be careful using this checksmart.

  Not only was I paying on this loan they had the nerve to take the whole amount out of my account , not once but twice, my bank closed my account out for me and refunded my my money back on o e of the two transactions, and now they are reporting to my credit as unpaid, I had file a Dispute on this account, that is still pending because they are fighting the dispute, next I’m getting my attorney to look at my bank stammers and try to take check smart to small claims court, they are a terrible company and try to eat you Alive!!!

  The staff at the harrison ohio location are awesome! They are always so nice and personal.
