  I decided to stop in to see if I’d be approved for a loan under $500. At first I was hesitant to speak to the cashier because she was kinda rude to a couple other people. When I walked up to the window she was very nice to me and explained everything well about my loan agreement. My loan is affordable and I’m happy that I can be able to pay them back timely and efficiently.

  I love going into this store. Denee and Amanda are two very special young ladies. They always help me and make me feel comfortable when handling my business. Doing loans is never easy but when you have genuinely good people assisting you it makes you keep coming back. I've brought some friends in and they gave me $20 bucks per friend. Good Place. Good people.

  Terrible. During this virus and I'm a truck driver, their system went down supposedly and they wouldn't give me my money. Explained to them I had deliveries, they didn't care. I had to go to 3 different places, was treated horribly and felt the black workers don't like white people. Took hours to get money. Couldn't do deliveries. Unamerican they just didn't care. They're not in with us during this. Went back to my place to pay rent. I was 5 hours late(thx checksmart) and the white employees said sorry for what you've been through, thanked me for what I do, and gave me a break on rent even. Now that's being in this together. Thank God for some good people that care.

  It took total 15 minutes for entire process. I got more then requested amount. Staff is friendly. I was helped by Anthony. He is very kind and helpful. I will always recommend this place. Please never break their trust and i am sure you will always walk back with happy face from this place. Good luck.

  They have The worst customer service ever. They are rude and ghetto in the Downtown area. Look if you need to go to this place just save yourself some time and headache by simply going to the one on Vine st. They’re really unprofessional on how they talk to customers. I Wish I could give them no stars.

  Ive been going in there for years. Every time i go in im greeted by them, i do my transaction and i leave. They even have a spanish speeker in there named cici. Saw her speaking to a spanish couple and they didnt seem mad because they left out the same as they came in

  I will only go here to cash checks or anything money wise I love the people who work there they will do what ever they can to help u recommended this place 100%
