  Staff: Amazing. Company: ripoff. So I paid my loan a day late and unfortunately, I got there right before they closed so I was unable to put a stop check on my account. At first, it was no problem, an easy fix. I show them that the check took out of my account, everyone goes home. The problem at hand was the fact that the check made my account go negative (since I did not have another 600 sitting around in my account in case they charge me twice, as they did,) and the story with the was now that I had to wait 10 days to get a refund although it took them less than a day to take the funds from my account. Since then, I have called twice, only to be lied to by a corporate representative about the day the funds would be in my account. Fast forward to today, the day they said the funds would be available, I give them a call again at 11am on my lunch break to see why my account is still negative. Another representative notified me that the process hadn't been started until almost a week after inquiry, resetting the 10 day wait and refuses to let me speak to a superior to try to mend the situation. Representative was polite, but unsuccessful in providing the customer security and solution and providing someone who could possibly provide those necessities. End result: my account is still negative and due to overdraft fees, my work check wasn't even enough to balance my account, which likely means overwhelming effort on my end just to fix a problem they could fix at the snap of a finger. Oh, and there's a late charge to reloan after all of this. Highly recommend you try another business to suit your needs

  Friendly staff and quick service, especially if you know what time of day to go. Everyone giving poor reviews either doesn't understand how check cashing places function or are just impatient or both. It's not a bank and they will have to take precautions on your first transaction because there are a lot of dishonest people. If you do not have a bank account this is your best bet.

  DO NOT cash your payroll check here unless your OK with them putting all but $300 on a debit card! They have been doing this for awhile now. They say they don't get money regularly because of Covid but that's nonsense. They do it so you are FORCED to use their debit card and they make a fee with every transaction. Don't be gullible. Go elsewhere like I did with NO problems whatsoever. You've been warned.

  They deserve NO STARS! Lady with mole on lip was rude and didn’t know what she was doing literally had me pay a interest rate just too tell me I couldn’t take out a loan and when I asked her why she had me pay it if she l knew I was denied for a loan she claimed she didn’t see that in the computer until after she took my last couple dollars which is why I say she didn’t know how too do her job because I’m sure before you took my money for the interest rate you seen I wasn’t gone be able too take out a loan.

  Gave two stars because the worker there was competent and nice enough. I just needed to cash a $50 order, and to do that they wanted my social security number, and employer info and three references!!! Um no. I'll just do it at my bank. Also the employee eluded that it sounded like they maybe even do a credit check on you! It was just a paper money order for my birthday from my dad. Maybe they should prick your finger to get a DNA sample too. No way.

  I was not greeted upon entering the store. Kyah was curt, dismissive and unpleasant. She never smiled, and upon handing me my change, she threw it under the partition without receipt or stating how much was being returned. Generally, the overall experience has been impersonal, with an overwhelming lack of privacy and customer service.

  I gave you a one only for convenience, i think it is rude to call people's jobs when they are not behind when i pay this loan off i will never go back there again and i will not recommended any to get a loan from you. 😢
