  Scam Alert! Was charged $15 to make a money order purchase with debit. Was never told before hand of such supposed fee. Was told the total would be the money order amount $xxx.xx plus $0.50. After I paid I asked why I had been charged $15 over and I was told it was a fee charged by the company who owns the transaction devices. The amount is legal by Wisconsin law but it's unacceptable that this wasn't mentioned before hand. Feel Scammed out of my money. Will still contact City and State to make sure this was legal.

  Went to renew a plate and had extremely fast service. Tellers are well informed about services and the owner was kind enough to assist. Much easier than waiting in line at the DMV. Can't recommend enough.

  I had no issues coming here with my fiance to cash 2 separate checks from the state. They were friendly and tried there best for us to make things work. The guy there was super nice and understanding of our situation too. Thank you checks 2 cash!

  I have been getting direct deposit at this location for over 15 years!! I’m always treated with respect, the team members and manager are very friendly and personable! They all have gone out of their way to help me when I request something! I’d recommend this location and have to friends and family!!

  Stopped in to renew my plates and cash my check. There was a line which went quick. I was in and out in 5 -7 minutes. The charge to cash my check was reasonable. In and out with no hassles.

  Dishonest as hell about their bitcoin rates. They claim to charge only 10% over spot, but the reality is anywhere from 14-19% over. Reporting them for this, and also researching who to report a fraudulent money transmitter to. And before you say "Maybe they use a different price reference than you" nah. They claim they use coinbase which is easily accessible.

  Absolute horrible service. I went in to pick up money through western union. It exceeded limit so they gave me a money order. Thing is they have to send the information to clear money order to be cashed. So, I'm waiting over 24hrs now that is mine. Customer service 0.

  Worse place ever! The service was bad the first time I got here I felt rushed and he told me to return in an hour. When I returned he told me to come back on Monday. When i asked him why he didnt tell me that when I first got there he said i didnt think you would come back. So I waited in town for an hour for nothing. Horrible service.

  Worst customer service ever. was screaming at me on the phone and only takes the gift cards he wants to take. They have a sign that says takes any gift cards but when I asked about buckle they said oh no we dont take it.

  Great service, never takes longer than 15 minutes, bilingual workers, friendly owner. Had a problem with a transaction and the owner resolved it as soon as I called.
