  Very, very, very rude workers!!! Majority of the time it's only one worker..... That has a very, very snobby attitude..... Trying to serve a long line of people that swings around the block.... The neighbor isn't all that safe.... Do yourself a favor and find another currency exchange nearby to go to!!!

  Yes this location gave me problems also. The lady said come back to cash my payroll check. I come back then she says she can’t cash a private check smh. She just Didn’t know what she was talking about. It took me months to get another person to cash my checks and put me in the system.

  Terrible service and very unprofessional women with really nasty attitudes! They look very unhappy to be there or always having a bad day! Won't go back or recommend to this location.

  Ok experience. They don't exchange foreign currency though. I could've said that on the website. Otherwise you can definitely get money orders.

  This is the absolute worst business I’ve ever Walked into I never get help and the attitudes are not caused for everyone at this location needs to be replaced or shut down . I will be contacting the BBB AS SOON AS THEY OPEN

  Older lady with gray hair comb to the back salt and pepper would not cash my check because I signed it and I didn't do it in front of her please tell me why she didn't ask for my ID or any information she just said I can't cash your check as nasty as you possibly can

  Who ever work today Friday July 31st 2020 at 8am was very rude when I called very disrespectful and hung up in my face just because I asked were they open. She needs to be fired VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

  Went in the currency exchange on 71st and Jeffery to cash a check that was issued by the and it was a government check and was told that I could not cash the check because I did not sign the check in front of them had my government issued ID and all the information I needed went on the website first to see what the policy was and that procedure signing the check in front of them she was very unprofessional this currency change is the worst currency exchange and then you wonder why we don't go to our community to take care of business because we're treated like trash again went on the website looked at the rules of cashing a check and it said nothing about needed to be sign in front. But went to the suburb and was able to cash it with my ID with no problem this is a problem and we really need to address it. And if this is a policy we need to update the online so customers can know what to expect when going in

  Horrible service. Only 2 people in line. There’s no one else but 1 person. This makes no sense. Terrible customer service.

  All the workers have horrible customer service, and they are all ghetto. This is at least my fourth time there and have not had any good experiences there.
