  I'm giving it a 3 because China was amazing and worked hard Even though she had a lot of people and the wait was lengthy. I ended up having to go to another store because the manager of that store didn't keep her checks in an accessible place so after an hour I had to drive to another store 30 mins away to get funds. Both China and the lady at Tomball were great but Mrs.Kelly maybe don't inconvenience customers by not having checks available
