  I tried to get a personal check cashed here and they couldn't do it and the reason I got was because "it had something to do with the maker" is exactly what the lady told me. She didn't bother to try to explain what that meant and I asked about western union rates and she told me she didn't know even though they work with western union. She seemed uninterested and was unhelpful.
