  I don’t review a lot, but Qui is the MVP. She’s always understanding and has the answers ya need. As a 20 something - moving out was intimidating on a show string budget. But these people have always been cooperative and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a loan.

  Did a loan thru the N MacArthur store and Kelly helped me with my loan process. I haven’t been in the store in years but they still had me in their system which wasn’t great. I remember Nikki use to work at this store when I loaned before and Kelly told me she was still with the company and I told her how wonderful Nikki was years ago when I use to come in and loan with Check N Go. Customer service rocks and will def keep using Check N Go.

  This store is awesome and they're always there when I need them. Kelly is the one who makes this the best loan place because of the attitude and courtesy she has! I highly recommend!

  Dear owner: Macy is the worst csr that check n Go has ever hired. On 4/23/19. I went into this location. I had to wait 20 minutes for the store to open up because Macy was hanging out with her boyfriend. Yet she claims that she was at the bank. And that ain’t the half of it. When Macy did arrive, she had an attitude because I called her out on being late. Also, contacted corporate because Macy’s boyfriend act like he wanted to fight me. He was like “hey don’t be talking to my girl like that.” Both of them are classic examples of ghetto. He’s definitely in a gang so I told my husband if something happens to me, it’s Macy’s boyfriend and I’m dead serious. She probably gave her thug boyfriend my home address since she had access to my file. She brought her boyfriend to work and they both were yelling at me. He threatened. Watch out for her. In the process of filing a formal complaint. I have time stamped photos proving that the store was not open when it should have been. Will post my formal formal complaint letter to Kelli the manager, the DDO and the owner. Macy you said you don’t care who I contact. If no one else care, I’m sure the owner does.
