  Quirpa was very nice during my visit she made me laugh and made the long wait go by really quick with her small talks and funny jokes lol Cynthia was very nice and making me feel welcomed

  The one girl there is usually very nice, which takes away from the EXTREME slowness of the girls working there and TREMENDOUSLY long wait! Today, I waited over 40 minutes with only 2 people in front of me and the girl was VERY RUDE after I asked why it takes as long as it does. Not only do they take their sweet time but they also have periods of 5-10 minutes where they are speaking to each other, laughing and having their conversation, and organizing their things while customers are literally just sitting there waiting to be helped! I would HIGHLY recommend driving 2 minutes up Atwood Ave to Advance America where it takes no longer than 5 minutes, without any exaggeration, to fully complete a transaction! Same exact business and Advance America puts Check N Go to Shame!!!! Advance America also does NOT call every phone number that they have on file for you, email you AND text you to remind you to come pay them either!!!! Those two women at check ‘n go need to seriously be trained in their ability to go faster, be more efficient and treat their customers who are waiting forever better! Shame on them for the way that they do business in there and treat the customers like they are doing them a favor!
