  Michelle helped me tonight even though it was close to close she was friendly, made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain in depth the contract. Will be using this instead of a credit card when needed. Thanks Michelle!

  I had a wonderful experience at this location! Chris is amazing! She is polite, knowledgeable and non-judgmental and has a great attitude. I definetly will be going back as long as she is there!

  The first time I ever went to this store I did not have a good experience due to an online system issue and didn’t think I would ever be back. I decided to give this another shot recently and couldn’t be more happy with the service I received! Chris F. was very polite and extremely helpful. I’m glad I gave it another try!

  Crystal has always been the one to do my fiancé loans and she has always been very helpful to us. She also has an amazing personality that's very welcoming to everyone, she's always helped us out and made sure we where welcome to be in there. We would recommend this place for anyone that would need to get a little extra cash to help out with anything.

  Service is slow when busy and new customers. Waited over an hour just to make a payment I probably would of borrowed more money but I was frustrated and just wanted to leave. This place needs more help and better way to get people in and out faster. I went to cash advanced down the road and I was in and out quickly. If this place doesn't find a way to speed up the process for loans and new customers they'll be losing some customers. The customer representative are nice and friendly but to help them out Check N Go just needs to changed they're process somehow.

  First of all when i asked to pay my loan a day leter because a holiday delayed my check, i was told it was against the law. Its up to the payday lender. Second, it wasnt until after i was told the lady she was wrong did she tell me i could have done an eep on my loan. My problem with that is i was admitted into the hospital for surgery and wasnt able to. I didnt know my check was going to be delayed and i shouldnt be punished for it. There should be a better way to deal with things like this instead of telling the customer oh well we're gonna deposit your check. This is the first time ive dealt with this company and i wont be doing it again. Ive never had an issue with ANY OTHER payday loan place in adrian. They all have no problem giving someone an extra day because of a holiday. Such a shame.

  Went in for the first time today and worked with Hannah. She was very polite and professional. I went in there to cash my check and ended up doing that as well as signing up for a debit card that was better than my current one! Definitely recommend. Thanks Hannah!!
