  I stopped by on my day off due to an emergency. I didn't have a lot of time, but I had a few questions about their loans. Cindy, the person who helped me was patient, nice, and answered my every question. She was incredibly helpful, thus, I ended up with an approved loan! I’m so glad I stopped by!

  This place is awesome. They're attentive, helpful and most importantly FAST. The staff is friendly and polite which I like. Cindy is informative and patient, she answered all my questions. The place is always clean. Great customer service.

  Awesome service, Wonderful Associates when you walk in you feel welcomed & ready for business! Great smiles from everyone, ivy had great customer service she made me feel comfortable and explained clear of the process and documentation I needed and was a good success

  I was a happy costumer for couple years here at Carson branch till today when I went there, in order to enter the store they ask for ID which for me I was surprise so I thought what else is coming so I was right. I was there to get a loan and they asked for my social security card really? I said I don’t carry with me, she wanted to see the actual card. I’m applying for a loan not for a job hello. I just though that their new policies are ridiculous, they are simply lacking customer loyalty that’s all. Of course I walked out the place and will never going back.
