  Helpful great job always and I followed Tiffany from LEWISVILLE because people in Lewisville check and go were rude and closed when they were not supposed to be. This office is TERRIFIC!!! I drive further just to come use this office.

  Tiffany was so nice and helpful .She explained everything to me and me made feel comfortable about getting a loan .I would recommend anyone to come to this location to get a loan or any other service they provide .

  Been by there several times in the past few months to add to my Netspend card. First time waited 30 minutes for employee to return from lunch. Second time had no money to do transaction?? Third time was not allowed in due to 2 people in the store at a time...plenty of room in there to "social distance"!!! Fourth time today 9/19 CLOSED at 11:15 an hour and 15 minutes after supposed opening time!! Closing my Netspend acct. See you guys later!!!!

  Personnel are friendly and very professional which is a breath of fresh air these days considering customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for some businesses. Very knowledgeable about the process and answered all me and my husband's questions.
