  Will NEVER go back again. The store is understaffed. Tina was very helpful, but obviously frustrated...in my opinion. I went into the store for a small payday loan with all necessary documents ready except the application. Would have been nice if the website clearly stated you could apply online and pick up cash in store. Now, I've had other in store payday loans and it has never taken more than 30 minutes start to finish. While pushing the hour mark, I am informed that I will have to get my funds on a NetSpend card because the store does not keep cash on hand as a rule and no one had been in to make payments yet that day. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So now I have to pay a fee to use the money you are loaning me for which I am already paying a fee?? Then I am told I can rescind the loan within 3 days and not be charged any additional fees. Folks...this is the biggest misdirect of all. If the funds are received on Tuesday at noon, one would think Wednesday at noon (1 day-24 hours) then Thursday at noon (2 days-48 hours) then Friday at noon (3 days-72 hours). Nope. The rescind and repay has to happen before the close of business on Thursday so no matter what time you get your loan on the first day...let's say 5pm...you only have TWO days if you want to change your mind or you no longer need the loan. Unnecessarily confusing. Much like their website. Ugh! I am giving a 3 star review because of Tina. Otherwise, I would be finding a way to give negative stars and then visiting another payday loan provider to finance a billboard telling others to stay away from this location. The process was just that frustrating and ridiculous in spite of Tina's best efforts.

  Stopped in with questions on the loan process. Tina was so sweet and patient. Id recommend anyone i know to come to her if they need a loan or a check cashed.

  When I visited Check N Go Shan was very patient with me and I didn't feel rushed. There was no unexpected problems. All my questions were answered and more.Thank you for providing great service. If I ever need a loan again I know exactly where to go.
