  I get a great vibe every time I go to this store! Phil has always treated me great from the first time I met him. He is very helpful and appreciative to all of my needs and usually has me out of the store no later then 15 minutes no matter the time of day. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need. Looking for great customer service? Ask for Phil.

  I had been trying to cash a check for a week when I stumbled upon Check-n-go in Newcastle. I'm so happy I did! It was a hard to cash handwritten out of state check that my bank and 2 other places turned down. I had pretty much given up. Phil the manager went above and beyond. I'm talking unparalleled hospitality and enthusiasm. He wasn't going to give up on this. I came in Monday around 5. They are usually closed on Tuesday but he made a special appointment for me today and would not take no for an answer! His determination and dedication was so amazing. Customer service at that level doesn't exist anymore! I left my special appointment today with cash in hand. Thanks so much Phil! I'll be a lifetime customer and recommend this location to Anyone! If you have a problem go see Phil. He'll find you a solution!!!

  THEY ARE OPEN! I not only can get my loan back but I can also cash my paycheck (no direct deposit at my job). Phil has been amazing at helping me! Definitely recommend!

  A company with a ❤️! Check 'n Go makes a difference in our community through sponsorship and volunteerism. The manager, Phil, volunteers his time and skill to coach our kids and help direct kids' chess tournaments. The kids love him! Check 'n Go's generous support is helping us bring free chess education to kids in our most underserved public schools. We are so grateful to this wonderful company! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Always have a great experience and I've had some really frustrating experiences at other payday loan places! Some of them are borderline illegal, but here, they always try to offer ways to help, no matter what situation you're dealing with. I feel blessed to have them in Newcastle 💙💛. Keep up the great work!

  STOP CALLING !!! I am leaving my rating of 5 stars because the employee has been so great over the years,but I am sick and tired of the company CALLING me SEVERAL times a week to get me to come get a loan. My family members and I have been coming to you for years. If we want a loan we know where to go , I am tired of the harrasment and I will find out who I need to report you to. My relatives are also getting several calls a week and they are not as nice as I am about it. As a group we could leave several zero star reviews each day.
