  All the years I’ve been with the company I’ve never had any issues, until now. I signed a contract allowing them to take my payment on the 3rd of every month reason being that that is when I receive my social security check. Im very upset now because I came home from vacation to find an overdraft fee on my account because Check n Go took out my payment on December 31! Seems to me Check n Go broke their own contract. With that being said, when I pay off this loan I will not be a continued customer.

  I would like to give 5 🌟's to jimmayne. He is outstanding,funny, enjoyable and makes it comfortable and easy to walk into the store. Jimmayne is approachable, always with a smile an has a wonderful personality. The new "manager" on the other hand is extremely unpleasant to be around or even talk to on the phone. Her attitude is horrible and she's snotty to the max. It's sad she thinks that using the words "I'm the manager" is going to make people like her. I've never had an issues with anyone before with my previous loans up until this lady. She makes me want to pay my loan off and never get one at her location again.

  I received a offer in the mail. I have found because of my credit score these are just tti o get you through the door but I was looking for a short term loan so decided to check it out. I was preapproved online and got to the location about 10 minutes to close. The staff was fantastic!!! Not only did TV he help me get the documents needed uploaded but Jimmayne stayed an hour to finalize my loan. I went in hoping for at least $2500 but the fot me approved for the $5000 I was needing. He was very clear laying out the terms and made sure I had no more questions.Thank you again Jimmayne great customer service!!

  Waste of My Time! I submitted an application online and it was denied . They then called me 3 times that same week saying if I come in ,I can most likely get some assistance. By the 3rd call, I finally decided to go. After filling out paperwork, writing down references , called my bank to do verification. Literally 45 minutes of wasted time. Just for her to send it and 2 minutes later say "Denied ,have a good day ". Highly DISSATISFIED.. won't recommend any of my friends here .
