  Laura Ibarra should not be in customer service. She is RUDE and a RACIST. She looked at me-a black woman- and without even putting my information in the computer she found reasons why I'd be denied and when I asked her to see if I'd qualify she told me to call customer service and talk to them. I called right in her face and as I was speaking to a rep she called her supervisor and LIED and said its what the computers said BUT SHE NEVER ENTERED MY INFO. This is the worst experience of ever had .DO NOT GO HERE. BUYER BEWARE!

  Experience with the team in the store was great they helped me with all my needs they where very helpful with the info needed to file for my loan I would definitely recommend this store to any of my friends an family in need .
