  so i had been having some financial issues and really needed this payday loan that i received CRYSTAL way to go! Excellent customer service! Very attentive! Excellent charisma and employee professionalism! Respectful! Kind and understanding!   Their online application process is a joke. Applied for a payday advance and gave them all the information they requested. Within a few hours I received an email to ensign my documents only to log in and not be able to. It just took me back through the application process and tried to get me to apply for a personal loan... uh no. I emailed customer service and have yet to receive a response in that regard. However, this morning I received an email stating that I was not approved because they couldn’t verify my application information? Ummmm...

  Check 'n Go continually calls my phone presumably to collect on a debt from someone else. I have emailed them, explaining this is a new number to me and the person they are looking for is no longer at this number. I have emailed them, as well as returned their call, telling them they are calling the wrong number and to stop calling me. They refuse to stop calling, leaving two to four messages per day, five to six days per week.
