  Took out a loan, and it’s been trouble since day 1!!! You couldn’t give me the money for FREE, and I agree to deal with this place again! My loans been paid on time every time it’s due. They still call, and say it’s behind or that it’s due on a different date. I pay every other week like we agreed when I get paid. THEY take it out of my bank account. Still the girls obviously can’t read or don’t know how to read a computer screen. I still get that phone call!!

  Chanel & Octavia were great! Their customer service skills are A1. Easy & Fast! Interest of course is extremely high but If you pay your loan off early you will be fine & will save a ton of money! Definitely recommend!

  I had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was very friendly. Chanel was thorough explained everything in detail. You can tell they really care about the customers. I would highly recommend my friends and family to this location.

  Farooq was the best at helping us get a loan quick and easy when we needed it! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him if you need quick cash fast! We are so thankful!

  Franny was very helpful and friendly. She had a line of ppl and acknowledged everyone. Her smile is contagious and really enjoyed talking with her. She helped me with all my questions... i will definitely recommend this place to others

  I had an amazing experience dealing with Tracy. She was so kind and very helpful. By far the best experience I’ve had with ANY customer service with any other company combined. I will definitely be sending family and friends her way!!

  The customer service is excellent and they will most likely approve you if you have bad credit. BUT be prepared to pay 3 times the amount you borrow because the interest is insane. like more that 200%+ insane. . So great service from the people but in the long run you lose so much money.

  The ladies there are amazing, especially the store manager Chanel. She was fast and friendly. She also had a thorough knowledge of their products. I highly recommend the Simpsonville office for anyone who needs loan services.
