  Don't rely on hours because they will be closed early even tho people get off at 5 and need to make it there. How unprofessional and pathetic.

  What has happened to this office, I have been going here for years, where ever Kim and Kara went please please bring them back. The new lady is never there, she is super slow, and she complains about everything. Do to my work schedule I can only go on my lunch break. The past 2 times I went they were closed, not during the scheduled 2 to 230 lunch break that the sign says. Then the one time they were open, I was 2nd in line, thought I had gotten lucky...but oh no....40 minutes later, I was still sitting in the lobby, late getting back to work....goodness. whatever has happened please make it go back to normal before I have to take my business elsewhere.

  Love these ladies, they always are able to help me when I'm in a bind. Great rates and way better than some of the other installment loan places (where you end up paying 700 on a 400 dollar loan)

  Every time I come in here I’m greeted with happy faces and nothing but the best customer service I could ask for. These ladies do whatever they can to help you to their best abilities. I won’t visit any other branch.

  These ladies were so nice, pleasant and very helpful to my uncle and I. He had a loan in another state and the worker from Michigan was horrible and rude, but the ladies here made a horrible experience into a damn good one. It was eye opening impressive !!

  The ladies are always friendly, polite and happy to help you with your needs. Even when you just need to chat for a minute. They help you with the information and details of the paperwork and always has a smile on their faces.

  Shandy cornered me in the big lots and told me she was closing for the day... it was 9 a.m. terrible customer service service.
