  I’ve been having a tough time with bills and personal things and didn’t know what I was going to do about my kids school things they needed and I just so happen came across a checkngo card that I received in the mail. I have the worse credit ever so I just knew I wasn’t going to get it but God made a way and Ms. Connie was a great blessing to me and my family and also encouraged me. I thank God for her and how helpful and awesome and made a change in someone today. That person was me. Thank you Ms. Connie!!!

  The customer service rep, Cindy i believe told me "do you think you're gonna walk into a place like this & not pay to cash your ✔?" after i asked why i was only receiving 93% of what i gave her. I received a smirk and lack of customer service. She was the only one in the office at the time around 4:51p 8/15. She refused to cancel the transaction when i asked twice. I pray that if the business needs to steal from customers without informing them first of the costs & terms relative to the service then they train consultants to be more pleasing and customer friendly. ☺

  I have been a customer of Check N Go for years. The store manager is professional and friendly. I have watched other customers come into the store and she knows each of them by name The loan process is easy and fast. I recommend Check N Go as a short term financial resource.
