  Mia and Dave are awesome!!! I have been an on and off customer to this location for a few years and have seen allot of changes in staff. I have to say after a year or so I went back and was really impressed with the location, I just had to ask the name of the two people that helped me and let someone know! I have been in retail management for over 25 years and it takes allot to impress me, and it takes allot for me to do a review... but I am impressed. Thank you Mia and Dave, your work is appreciated!   I use to go to the Check `n Go on Douglas ave & I have to say this check n go is WAY better. The service is way better & more professional. I was assisted by Danielle & Genesis. They were so pleasant & gave me a great laugh. I was in such a bad mood & these ladies lifted my spirits. These ladies definitely deserve the acknowledgement. Great way to start my new year!! 🌟👌🏾👍🏾🙌🏾👏🏾💕

  Danielle was very pleasant and expedient. Greeted with a smile and pleasant. This location has improved nicely in recent visits. Edit: that was close guys, you had it at warm, inviting, and accommodating. Thank jeebus someone at corporate noticed and was able to rectify this by getting it back to cold, uninviting, and unaccommodating with some extra snark thrown in. Good catch guys 👍

  Terrible customer service here. The manager is so bad, she had to ask for a good rating on google. She's a joke. No people skills. Her name is MIA. If you look at the surrounding stores and they're 4 + ratings you will notice that there is a common denominator. And it's Mia. That's why their ratings are so low. That's why she needs to ask for a 5-star rating. Because she has no clue how to give 5 Star service. Choose a different location to go to atleast for now. until she is no longer in the business! I was so disrespected by her that I have contacted corporate. I encourage those who have had bad experiences to do the same . Do not go here!

  The teller I dealt with is amazing I feel bad for her because for the pat 2 visits the other teller Which is normally not there is very slow. She roughly takes 20 to 25 minutes per customer and once she's five with one she's takes anther long time finishing her paper work before taking the next customer. NOT EXCEPTABLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Jeanette, is a great representative and has great customer service skills. She’s well mannered and knows how to execute her duties on the job. I enjoy coming to this store. Great store to come to!

  EC is the worst employee I’ve ever dealt with in any store I’ve ever walked in. In my whole 33 years of living I haven’t dealt with someone less competent than her. I called ahead of time to make sure I had everything I needed in correct order, she rushed me off the phone and didn’t give me all of the information I needed. She then lied to me and said she’s the manager when I asked to have the managers contact information. She also lied to me and told me she is the only employee at this location when I asked when the other woman would be working so I could avoid coming when she will be here. Experiences at this location since she’s started have been awful. I’ve had to switch from coming on fridays to coming on Thursday’s because she takes so long. I am standing in the store at this moment and have been here for 3 hours.

  As I entered the cashier EC greeted me no customers there waiting . She was polite cheerful An explained the paperwork for me to understand as I am 71 . We talked as she was preparing it An had mentioned being hungry as didn't take a break she was alone as I could tell . After I signed all I left . But went to Kentucky fried chicken An got her dinner . Took it back to store but she had a customer so I put it on outside of window An told her her dinner was here she was surprised ! Then I left . She was very good An patient and smiling so thank you for her service ms Mason Narragansett ri

  I came here in a rush and panic needing help with some bills. The staff were not only friendly but personal. They were also very helpful and informative. They made me feel like everything was gonna be okay. They helped walk me through the process of what I had to do for paper work, and what was needed. I definitely will be back

  My experience with Marlin was excellent. She wS helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. She has made me a permanent customer of ur company. Give the girl a raise that is well deserves
