  I am very pleased with the service. Casey was super professional and helpful, took her time to explain everything and was very friendly and understanding of my situation. I got approved for more than I was hoping and for me it is a win. My advice would be to come in and not to be afraid if your credit is low, they will take care of you here. Highly recommend 👌

  Casey Wilson and her staff are amazing!! My wife and I went in yesterday to cash a check and the experience was top notch!! Very friendly, clean, and comfortable atmosphere and very fast. I highly recommend this location for all of your check cashing and loan needs. Again, SUPERB JOB AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK CASEY!!!!

  The process was so easy and quick, I was actually feeling like I was missing something. The rates are super competitive, especially for people that have debt but not enough for consolidation loans, which require 10-20K worth of debt. Casey explained everything thoroughly and was very patient. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

  My experience at this locations has been amazing! I am always treated with respect and the service is concise and efficient. Yes, paying back loans can be daunting, but the staff makes it a smooth and pleasant process. I go to this location specifically for the customer service. The current manager, is awesome!

  Great experience! Went in conditionally approved for a loan, had documents they requested prepared, and CS agent Casey completed my loan right away. Definitely recommend!

  The management and staff customer service (Casey and Donelle) are very friendly and work closely to help you get what you need and try to understand me and answer all my questions. I feel very comfortable and they remember my name and face. I feel it is personal and they try to get to know you. They are super friendly, smart, professional and outgoing people. I know we are esteemed as live in a dangerous city and I just wish they did not have to lock the doors of this location as they do because we have to wait first to be seen in the window to get in. I suggest getting a security guard. That is the only thing.
