  Not a single person will answer the phone. They can’t answer any questions when a call is routed to the call center. Then was advised that even the call center employee couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone. The only option after being on the phone was to wait to see if the store employees respond to a message. I have never been a customer here and will never plan on being a customer of this company.

  Rude front desk woman doors not unlocked on time doesn't cash checks like the Google ad says they do waste of gas time and stress go anywhere else in town

  I miss the old manager Andrea, they’ve gone through so many since her. She was the best. The lady I spoke with recently didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Thanks won’t be back to this one.

  Shannon the manager at this location is awesome. She knows her business and is very professional. Most people would appreciate them having Saturday hours available.

  I’ve been coming here for years. Andrea has by far been the best out of all of them. She truly cares and understands people’s problems. She has worked with me with a lot of my health issues. Thank you Andrea

  Pretty good service generally. Seems like they have a really high turnover rate. Giving them 3 stars today because I feel like they should have more than one person working but they never do.

  We have been loyal customers since 2007, and have never had any trouble with this company whatsoever, the NetSpend card costs $5.95 a month for unlimited use, that's less then a bank fee. Also the interest rate never changes, and I can't say that for other loan companies. Also, about those griping about the cards, you are always offered an option of a check to deposit to a regular bank account. It's not like you don't have a choice. We have always left satisfied with our loan company selection.
