  The store manager Wendy Rush is Amazing!!! She smiled and greeted her customers with perfection! I believe she made us all felt welcomed! She was really nice about everything! I would recommend Wendy to my family and friends!

  Came to get my first check cashed from my new job the place says online and on the door that they close at 6:00 the lady just looked at me like it was past 6:00 and didn't help i got there 9 minutes before closing since I get off at 5:30

  The entire experience was quick and easy. The representatives are courteous and extremely thorough. They explained each step of the process checking throughout the transaction to make sure I fully understand my agreement. I highly recommend this location!

  Call today 2/24/20 & the corporate headquarters was whom I talked to first . They seemed real hesitant on answering questions for me ,then directed my call to the pell city branch and the lady who I spoke with was so helpful answered all my questions very detailed and went ahead and started my loan over the phone so I can come in and just do a few things and be on my way . I will be a repeat costumer and will ne recommending check and go to anyone looking for a loan . Thanks check 'n go

  Came in to get a payroll check cashed aftef customer service directed me here and the the girl begind the counter said they didnt cash checks. Hence what does check n go do then. Put it all a a netspend card my a$$.Very rude, disrespectful, dishonest. Will never go back.

  First called them before i got loan they gave me wrong info.. Distract manager gave wrong info took loan out with wendy she gave us wrong info plus she didnt tell us we have to make 2 payments every month until after i sighn. Paper work. They sent my check through my bank didnt tell me they would do this...Im very upset so now im trying to get. A loan so i dont have to do business. With this company....There alot more problems but cant ecplain in writing . thanku
