  They take extremely long to answer their phones 1hr+. I need a direct number, not placed on hold. If you don't pay on time they'll charge you obviously, but how are you supposed to pay if they don't answer. Not everyone has the time to go in-person especially if you work during store hrs. 🙄 ANSWER THE PHONES PROMPTLY!

  First time using a payday loan and all though interest is a “little” high customer service was second to none. Sandra was the customer service rep who assisted me. Face to face customer service was great. She knew the details to all services offered. Her phone etiquette was also impressive. Ive always belived that Great customer service is a rarity in Laredo so im glad Sandra was able to prove me wrong. A+++
