  Super long process at this place. Asks way more questions than other check cashing places. This lady struggles spelling names and thing even when you slowly spell them out for her. She doesn't even know her alphabet. She had to call other people and ask basic questions a check was about 33 days old and she had to ask. I know for fact within 90 days is totally fine as a minimum. Some can be 6 months or even a year. This is a middle aged heavyset lady with glasses. She is not fit for the job.

  Friendly and professional staff! If you're in need of a loan of any type go see Kristin and Spence. They are very knowledgeable about their products and very friendly and trustworthy!

  We called ahead to makes sure we had everything we need and was told to bring a voided check. I show up with and they go do me they need a blank non- voided check and argued with me that they wouldn't have said that on the phone. I understand people make mistakes but apologise for any misunderstanding and do not call your customer a liar.
