  They need to make sure they tell you everything you need before you drive out there. Now what company can’t tell you exactly what’s needed before you get there? That’s a way to get you to come on in. A sales tactic in a sense. It’s required but not mandatory. Also, how do you work somewhere and don’t even know how to verify someone employment? I called the same exact number and was able to get through. All you had to do was listen to prompts and just like any other place wait for a customer service rep to come and they’ll point you in right direction if you’re slow. Straight left work and caught a ride out there. Past my house on the way there. I could have stopped and got my friggin last 2 check stubs. Just retarded. These the kinds of people who have jobs. Ones that lack customer service skills. I’m so glad I don’t have to rely these places. It be too much especially in certain “demographics”! It’s like pulling teeth. Lastly, Never let a customer know that you’re incompetent that’s the 1st rule!!! People be going through things, stuff happens and in the meantime ones lack of knowledge should NEVER be the reason why they aren’t approved or denied. No interest at all in providing excellent customer service. None at all!! I don’t know how to do it so oh well attitudes aren’t acceptable at all. (No regard or empathy.)

  Awesome is an understatement when it comes to the staff at this location they know every customer on a first name basic make you feel like family if your in need of cash this is the place to visit!!!!!!
