  I cannot express enough how wonderful and personable Vicki is. She does everything she can to help when you find yourself in an unplanned situation that prevents you from paying on a loan at scheduled payment time. New customers must provide specific paperwork (ie. proof of income, etc) but it’s very simple. If you ever need to borrow again, Check Into Cash discreetly saves this specific paperwork on file and you’re in and out in just minutes the next time, with your loan money in hand. Again, Vicki is phenomenal. You can tell she enjoys her job and her customers! 👍🏼💯

  I’ve been going into Check into Cash for a couple of years now and have had a great experience practically every time. Both ladies are super knowledgable when it comes to any issues Ive had. Both are really polite, kind, and professional.

  Paige who works in janesville at this particular spot is harassing and super rude every single time that I talk to her. whether it's to make a payment or ask a question. I always pay my payments on time so I really do not know where all of her hostility comes from? I'm having my case investigated due to things not adding up concerning my payments and balance. I feel like they take advantage of their customers and completely do not value them what so ever. Also I work late so I usually make my payments over the phone, and A LOT of the time Paige herself answers and informs me that the system is down and that she will call me back so that I can make my payment. Not once has she called me back, and EVERY SINGLE TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, I was forced to eat a 45$ late fee. I have over 4 and counting 45$ late fees due "To Their System Being Down" Save Yourself DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF LOAN. YOULL NEVER GET OUT!. This is one of MANY problems that I have encountered since I've done business with them. GO TO CHECK CITY. PERIOD. they wont treat you like dirt there. WAY BETTER OF AN EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH Check City VS check into cash
