  We were happy with the friendliness of them until we were told that they were gonna wait for us shortly after 6 even though that's the time they close(we were there by 610). We were told it was noted and we called on the way there not long before so they knew we were coming. Would not let us pay our loan, sending the amount to our 0 balance bank account before we got there. I mean why tell us something and not follow through.

  I was able to cash my state income tax check for $15.00 less than our local banks here in Hillsdale county. It was less than $12.00 And it would of been $2.00 less if I had already been a returning customer. The clerk Ann Warner was very helpful when I called and even more helpful in person.
