  Jaime Anderson was wonderful! She was so kind, friendly, understanding, very knowledgeable! She explained everything so I would understand. She worked hard to make me a happy customer! And I will be back because of her if I need to in the future! She deserves a raise! It is very hard to come by good customer service in today’s world!

  Hello: I met a manager at this location named Jamie. She was very knowledgeable, personable and skilled in her profession. Jamie assisted me with the cashing of two $600 money orders. Processes ( since covid) were fully explained step by step, as well as all associated fees Jamie did interact with her approval center. She relayed to me all questions and forthcoming information prior to the approval of handling my money orders. I really felt as if I was the only customer and received every courtesy ranging from com plementary calendars to Being treated with all courtesy and professionalism.   Regarding the Durant location-- I think the one employee that works this office right now would benefit with a little help especially during these trying times. She tries and is always polite but it has got to be stressful for her. Customers go to renew or even just pay and sit outside for over an hour. They close at 6pm but say to try and be there by 5pm so they can be closed by 6. (heard it said more than once) A great way to lose customers-- when you can go across the street to American and get the same product with less headache and for 50 minutes less time.
