  Laci in Gladstone is so wonderful! She made calls concerning my need. She stayed on the phone with green dot to make sure my funds were available and that I could access my mobile account . She navigated through my phone to help me complete the process, answered a million questions and never once made me feel less than because u need a little help. Superb customer service!!

  Laci was incredibly helpful and patient! She helped us cash an IRS refund check today and was very helpful and kind through the whole process. This was our 3rd stop trying to cash this check and was the only place we could get it done! Thank you Laci!

  If you are a district manager for this establishment and you can not ensure that every customer gets the 3 buy downs in the contract regardless of any circumstance--you don't need to be managing anything!! Shame on you. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO OVERRIDE YOUR SYSTEM WHEN AN ERROR OCCURS. and if you don't like this review please look me up in your system and call me directly. Laci, on the other hand is PERFECT!! She really goes above and beyond to help people. She even calls us her customers which shows she cares and takes personal responsibility in helping us. Furthermore, Laci is the only person I ever see in the office. Excellent dedication and customer service. Thank you Laci!!

  They were very nice and friendly with me on my cashier check than lend nation was. The process seem long but it was worth it on saturday before closing 12pm-1 pm. Thanks again.

  I was a previous customer at this location and tried to come back to do more business and Rhonda was very rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I will never do business at this location again. The Liberty location stated this was very unacceptable and they will gladly loan to me. Oh and Rhonda I would greatly appreciate if your location would please stop calling and mailing me with loan offers. Thanks again.
