  All the ladies at this location are great. They always smile and are friendly and helpful. Though I don't recommend getting a payday loan, If you have to, you should go here. The only issue that I have is not with this store. Corporate policy is that they will report your late payments and negative history to your credit report. It would be really beneficial that they report the good to your credit report as well. It would really help people that are working on building their scores.

  I went in, filled out the paperwork and left with what I needed. The lady was super nice! I feel you treat people the way you would want them to treat you. I would recommend this place over any other place if you need assistance!

  Would not recommend this place. I got a title loan on my vehicle here for $1000 and 3 months later paid it all off except for $200 of it. A few weeks later I stopped by to get a few hundred dollars off my title loan again since I paid off almost all of my loan few weeks earlier. They told me ok, but then said they couldn't because I didn't have vehicle there with me and I needed it there so they could liok at it. I told them my wife had it at work so I didn't have it. So I wasted 20 min of my day, And after being a great customer that always made my payments and had paid off all but $200 of my loan they said they couldn't help me. I needed the money for an emergency that day and had no way to get vehicle up there and was only wanting $100 or so and they wouldn't help me out. This upset me because I was in a bind and needed that money right then which I explained to them and they were just like sorry can't help you. All and all, I will pay off my loan soon and I will not be going back there if I ever need a title loan again. This wasn't the only problem I had with them but it was the one that made me decide not to do business with them ever again and I would not recommend them to anyone either. I have been to a lot of title loan places over the years and this one was by far the worst one I have delt with.

  I arrived at 3:05 PM. Sign on door said come back at 2:15PM. Waited 5 minutes then left. Nuf said!
